RETURNS

  • If you change your mind about your purchase, we can offer an exchange or store credit pending the item is returned in original packaging with proof of purchase and has not been worn and/or damaged. We do not offer a refund for change of mind so please consider your purchase carefully. 
  • Due to health and safety precautions we cannot provide an exchange or store credit for change of mind for earrings. This is purely for hygienic reasons, no exceptions can be made.
  • We will happily exchange or provide a refund for any purchase that arrives damaged and/or are deemed faulty within 30 days.
  • All items marked final sale cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.
  • She Sells Co is not responsible for the theft or loss of any parcel that may occur during the delivery of your return.

  • All returns must be sent back to us within 30 days from the day that the order was received.

SHIPPING

  • Shipping is currently available across New Zealand and Australia.
  • All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days from the date of purchase.
  • Delivery times are a guideline only and are subject to change during busy periods. If the tracking on your order is experiencing delays, please contact your local service provider to assist you.
  • She Sells Co is not responsible for the theft or loss of any parcel that may occur during the delivery of your order.

  • Unfortunately we are unable to dispatch to a PO Box address. Please ensure you enter a valid street address at checkout to avoid disappointment. 

NEW ZEALAND

  • All orders are dispatched with via express shipping with NZ Post. Please allow 1-3 working days within New Zealand and 3-5 working days for rural street addresses.
  • We believe in offering you the best customer experience and that is why Free Shipping is now available for all purchases New Zealand wide and will automatically apply at checkout.

 AUSTRALIA

  • Please allow 5-15 working days within Australia.
  • Free Shipping is available for all purchases over $150 and will automatically apply at checkout. 
  • $10 Standard Shipping applies to all purchases below $150.
