Returns

We can offer an exchange or store credit on any orders that arrive damaged or breaks within 30 days of purchase. Please provide proof of purchase and email hello@shesellsco.co.nz

We do not offer refund/exchange for the following conditions (no exception can be made):

  • Final sale items
  • Earrings for hygienic regulations, no exceptions can be made.
  • Items that have been worn or altered. 
  • No item will be refunded for change of mind.
  • After 30 days from the date of delivery (according to the tracking)

Orders placed with a promo code or during a sale can only be exchanged, or refunded as store credit.
